Director of Sales

Sold On Toni Headquarters – Loves Park, IL

The Director of Sales is sociable and assertive. They are able to solve problems quickly and logically and easily see solutions to complex situations. They draw energy from working with and coaching people. They are an excellent leader within the organization and are able to build rapport and trust quickly with all agents and staff members. He/She unites all team members in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. This individual has a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

This individual leads the sales team by hiring, training, coaching, and holding accountable all agents in the team. In addition, when in production, they demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. They model what they expect to see in other people.

The Director of Sales also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and leading scripts and dialogue practices. He/She is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities.

This position requires a real estate license in Illinois and/or Wisconsin and strong experience in the industry. Management experience is preferred as well.

Buyers Agent

Sold On Toni Headquarters – Loves Park, IL

We are looking for a Buyers Agent who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, they demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and havits of a high-ahiever who is committed to putting clients first, to do the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.

Buyers Agents prospect for leads daily and receives leads from the inside sales team. They conduct informative meetings with new clients, search properties that match client needs, show homes, and write and negotiate contracts. They will then work with our transaction coordination team to get the client from an accepted contract to closing.

As a member of the team, buyers agents benefit from the team marketing and well-established presence in the community. They will receive scrubbed leads from the inside sales team and support from the transaction coordination team once contracts are accepted.

A current real estate license in Illinois and/or Wisconsin is strongly recommended but not required during training. A license will be required after the first 60 days of employment. The ability to speak Spanish is preferred. This position is compensated with a small base pay during training and is then paid on commission.

Outside Sales Agent

We are looking for a passionate agent who draws energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for developing relationships in the community and professional spheres and converting them and their referrals into appointments through personalized follow-up.

This individual will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They can record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries and the subsequent documentation and follow-up for those leads.

The Outside Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

This job requires mental toughness and a drive to succeed at a high level! The position requires someone highly trustworthy and dependable. Compensation includes base pay plus commission.
