Mortgage rates and home inventory are lower than ever before! This makes for the perfect storm of more people buying and less time for homes to be on the market. That means we have to be constantly aware of new listings and ready to be quick and aggressive to get those listings for our own clients.
We have to make sure that our clients are well educated about what the process looks like and what they can expect. What we thought at 9am was going to be an easy day, could be packed with showings and offers all afternoon and evening. We need to be ready for anything!
